According to multiple websites, the TIP102 is a superior replacement for both the 2N6045 and TIP122 (both 100v models). The spec sheet for the TIP102 shows that its power dissipation and thermal resistance are better than the other two. I'm going to try to replace mine soon, and I'll probably use the TIP102.
