if the seatbelt bugs you that much maybe you shouldnt use it. i have nothign against driving safe but soem seatbelts do suck. both my front seatbelts have been jammed for the past year and i can figure it out. i guess for just sucks at making some thing. along with that my seats wiggle side to side and snap back under hard acceleration. this is the newest cra i ever baught buy has had more probs than nay car ive ever owned. but atleast teh motor has been reliable up to this point. but i cant say t hat about the tranny and clutch.
