I had not heard that before, give me some reference material to back that up. But the question is did they continue to supprt the Germans after we declared war on them. Prewar commerce was what it was. If Ford and GM supplied material to Germany before they were the enemy that was normal business that our government aloud to happen. Japan was one of the largest buyers of our scrap metal, a lot of our guys were killed by ammunition that at one time was a Hudson, Cadilac, Ford what ever. I'm sure you can find a lot of companies that did that also. Unless I'm really off the mark I do not believe any American company sold to our enemies after the war started.
As to Henery not liking Jews so what, unless you have proof that he went to Germany and turned on the valve to the gas chamber how he felt about Jews has no bearing on the Ford Motor company. I'am sure that you can find prejudice people in every company in the world. As long as I don't see Fred from the local Ford dealer wearing a sheet I don't care, I would not buy a Ford from him, I would just go to another Ford dealer.
An observation I have made after working two years at a primarialy Jewish Country Club and also at two different times working for companies owned by Jewish families and also making a trip to Israel, they must not be overly conserned by Germany or the holicaust for that matter. Why do I say that, because there were a lot of BMW's and MB's in the parking lot of country club, The owner of GOJO drives a BMW, the owner and most of his family of Fresh Mark inc. drives MB's and the car of choise for taxie's in Israel was an MB. So if they are not conserned by anti-semitizim why should it bother me. As a side not to your way of thinking no African-American should drive a German car because Germany was also a hot bed of racism tword blacks but that does not hold water either as the VP of Stark State College just bought a top of the line MB and he's you guest it African-American.
