I'll be checking out an EVO or two sometime this week. The G35 I was looking at did have the brembo brakes, so it must have been an '04. The dealership that has this car has an '03, 2 '04's and an '05. What concerns me is they all have low miles, look uber sweet AND not one of them is over $26K That seems too cheap to me after looking online, I'll have to get some VIN's and get some carfax reports done. (BTW Goonz, I am loving the sound of the Pro-1 exhaust system I may have to hear it in person to be sure though.... Or headers with an OEM system sounds really good too!)

Thats the beauty about Infiniti's, they really dont hold that much of a value after a few years which make them cheap for second owners but bad for sellers since they lose money. Did you also notice the interior difference between the 2004 and the 2005? Anywho its ur choice, you will not be dissapointed with the G. I drive both the sedan and coupe and both are EXCELLENT cars

Charger RT with the R&T package. HP up by 10, SRT seats, firmer sportier suspension, nicer wheels. Basically its the Daytona package without the fugly graphics.
S4 turbos are rarely eaten, it happens though. Easy fix is replacing the rubber tubing with better tubing.

Hey how about buying AMERICAN, You don't need to buy an EVO to stroke your EGO try a Mustang GT, or a Vette, or a Monte SS SuperCharged. All you guys gripe about illegal labor and out sourcing but then you turn around and buy Jap and German cars, tires and what not. Looks like a double standard there. Anyone that buys off shore cars haS NO RIGHT TO complain when their job ends up over in India. Don't flog a dead horse with they are made in the USA, the money goes right back to Japan and don't kid yourself The Japanes business structure does not give a Fat Rat's Ass about Americans, nor does the Germans for that matter. I'm a paritaly disabled VET, I was part of DESERT STORM, I lost a small peace of my body fighting for your right to buy Jap and German cars, That is nothing compared to the men and women that died in WWI from GERMAN bullets or the ones in WWII that died from BMW powered fighter planes, or were run down by VW built vehicals. Lets not forget either the ones that died in WWII in the Phillipines killed buy Japanes that they had already surrendered to, or how the Japanes did not properly mark their POW transport ships, they were marked as Munistion ships so that we would kill our own POW's, oh and the next time you buy a Toyota remember that one of their Vice presidents ate the liver of one our captured fighter pilots in some Busito(?) ritual, while he was a Base comander, I don't think that the 5 years in a War crimes trial sentance was enough, Oh and by the way Every Japanes war criminal has a Statue displayed in his honor. So buy your Jap and German cars, give money to the same people that very likely killed some of your own family members, but remember that Brave Americans died for your right to give money to their KILLERS.

Maybe if American cars were built better and not cut so many corners people wouldn't be buying imports . I respect you for putting your life on the line to protect your country . Aaron

So you instead suggest buying from Ford and GM, two companies that provided Nazi Germany with huge amounts of war material and continued to produce for Hitler while he rampaged across Europe. One of the first signs of an impending war was the fact that Ford began churning out military trucks from its' factories in full force. And Ford became one of Nazi Germany's largest suppliers of military equipment.
Ford and GM trucks, which made up almost 100% of the military trucks that German had, were crucial to Germany's Blitzkrieg war effort. Without their trucks for transport and supply, Germany's war machine would have ground to a halt. Their factories in Germany and Vichy France relied on forced labor and were staffed by prisoners of war and even Jews from nearby concentration camps.
Henry Ford himself is even mentioned in Hitler's Mein Kampf as a "great man" for he was a prominent anti-semite in the US. Henry Ford was violently anti-semitic if you didn't know. He was even awarded Nazi Germany's highest honor, the Grand Cross.
And, to this date, Ford is the only manufacturer not to apologize for its' role in WW2 nor pay any reparations.
So buy from Ford, a company that supported Hitler financially on his poltical rise to power, a company that shipped rare war materials like rubber and oil to Germany to build weaponry, a company that built most of the trucks that enabled the German army to roll through Europe, a company that used forced labor to produce those trucks, a company that expressly wished that Hitler won so that they could have his business and did everything they could to ensure that happened, and a company that profited financially from the production of war material to benefit the enemy.
And I'm not saying that as a Ford-hater. I and my immediate family have always owned Ford (or Ford subsidiary) for the past 50 years and I have a fair amount of money in Ford stock. But I do recognize reality, and the reality is that Ford and GM supported the German war effort as much as BMW and Benz did and certainly more than Toyota and Honda did for the Japanese. If you want to avoid purchasing from companies that supported the enemy in a time of war you might have to stick with South Korean companies like Hyundai.

Thanks for the personal support, but I don't think that Quality is an issue anymore, at one time I would have agreed with you, American cars through the 80's sucked, but not anymore. I work in a wholesale parts warehouse, I'm an inside salesman, we sell only to jobbers not the general public and by far we get more calls for foreign parts for newer cars 2000 and up than American cars, plus the foreign parts with few exceptions are far more expencive to repalace.

Ditto sorry but the cars are crap compared to imports and they hold there valve a lot better.
Swazo test drive and evo or sti man, both are a blast to drive and its a 4 door ...you can easily get an Evo 8 for 20-24 with low miles on them.
