Yes the refrig level is perfect Hi/Lo ...

Ambient Temp 88�°

Low (Suction) Pressure: 35 +/- PSI
High (Discharge) Pressure: 200 +/- PSI

These Pressures are observed when I have manually forced the A/C to get cold VIA the methods used in my original Post.
Otherwise the static pressure is around 85-100 PSI depending on temperature.

If at first you don't succeed.... Whack it with a hammer! --- Worked for me! 98 ATX Zetec 2.0L 117k < It wishes it was an SVT. I'm So proud!! LOL
