Nope - don't work for Cingular - but am totally happy with their service . But then again , I was totally forked by AT&T's service before this , so it's no wonder I'm happy w/Cingular . AT&T' service was terrible - VERY patchy service (i.e. almost nowhere- not even in my own house , which makes it worthless to me) , dropped calls , bad customer service , etc. . I asked around & the general consensus was to try Cingular , so I did & am happy .
