Is everyone else's phone not working right? Or anyone in SE-MI?? Mine and my parent's phones aren't working and I am getting angry

the other day i got disconnected 6 times in 3 minutes
so i launced skype since skype out is free till the end of the year and called the person using skype

LOL. It must just be my area because I called my sister, who is on the same account, living in Mt. Pleasant, MI (about 2 1/2 hrs north of here) and her phone actually rings when I call it (mine doesn't) from the land line. Cingular's tech support is closed until Tuesday
