I'm sorry for any confusion and I was wrong in the information I was given that having them clear anodized would keep them shiny as well as seal them. When a part is clear anodized it comes out with a matte looking finish. I will continue to look for someone that can do just what I set out for.

Taking some Mother's polish to it every 2 or 3 months will help maintain the current finish. I did not do that with my other 2 caps for about 3 years and had to play catch up as a result.

The bottom line for me is I am not going to do something that will look like ass when it can look so much better. And while I wanted to have them anodized for easy care while you have it, I can't in good conscious do it.

We've all seen GB's come and go that don't care about what the end product looks like or how it functions and I WILL NOT fall into that category.
