Any additional torsional rigidity that these may provide is going to be completely negated by the movement of the cradles that the suspension is bolted to. Most cars that make good use of are front engined rear drive cars that can cause twist due to torque loads, we don't have that problem, atleast not in the same fashion as a mustang or camaro.
Inshort to be effective any additional bracing needs to tie directly to the front or rear cradles/subframes.
