actually IL does use a point system... although it is radically different than most states.
the reason I know IL uses points is because my last court appearance, the judge told me that my ticket was 157 points against my license..... ya it was a big ticket
As far as I know no points. I been to traffic MANY times in the last 10 years I have been driving.
We do use points, I have had a few cops tell me about how many points I could have gotten if they decided to write me a ticket. I have been pulled about 40 times and only gotten three tickets. Cop didn't show up to court for the drag racing ticket, did school for going through a yellow light, and went to court for a speeding ticket; all of which got me no points.
