I bought a pc 7336 today and wanted to know where I could buy the velcro backing pads and backing for the pads locally? I am from michigan.  thanks in advance joe

I got my backing plate and pads from Autogeek.net
Great place to shop and even better customer service.

The key word in my sentence was local.... I know there are plenty of places to buy them online.

call some of the local auto paint supply stores.

I am going to check murrays on my home from work and if they don't have it there is a paint supply on 9 mile and van dyke. I would have to get it on there weeknd from there. The reason I don't like buying online is lack of customer service and giving my cc # online does not sound too good to me.

Autogeek.net has a reputation for outstanding customer service. And if you don't want to give your CC# online just call them up and their knowledgable staff will point you in the right direction for what you need as far as backing plates,pads,polish,etc. and you can order over the phone.

Over the years, I've purchased several thousand dollars worth of products online by credit card. And as long as the site is secure, using your credit card online shouldn't be a worry.

also alot of cc's can give u an alternate # to use specifically online so u dont give out your real #. online shopping has come a long way.

For anyone familiar with SE Michigan I found a place that sells the stuff. It is at a car quest shop that used to be a paint shop on nine mile just east of gratiot. They sell the pads and backings. Also Murray's sells the pads only, Thanks for the idea though. I am all set, got 3 pads and wool.
