LOSE some weight? I think the thinking here is that he should probably try to gain some weight, especially muscle weight.
Is this freshman football? Has he played before? I don't want to be offensive but he seems pretty small for Guard, maybe if it is the Freshman team or something he might be OK. Are the guys his age about the same size or is he a little short?
Good luck. Is he sure he wouldn't rather try receiving or kicking?
