Hey gang, my son is 5' 4" and 160lbs. He's going to play football in high school next year. He realized tonight he wants to be a guard. Ok, question, what do we need to do with him over the summer to get him ready for this? I know he should really lose some weight, but also work out. Any vitamins he should be taking? Bulking stuff that won't make him fat, but help put muscle on him........everything he needs to be a linebacker or center. Thanks.
