Sorry I don't mean to paint an "Ugly" picture of it, but I am very very very Nit Pickey and there were even problems with it when I bought the car...but they did not stop me from buying it (Minor Paint Marks etc...)
Well if I only break even with what I owe I guess it isn't really worth it, esp since I would be getting an older car in exchange and not much lower monthly payments.
Looks like my job situation is imprvoving as well, so I might not need to be concerned afterall.

Concentrate on the good points of the car while trying to fix up (or detail) the parts that bother YOU. Spend a little time and clean up the car as best you can and then see what happens. Good-luck!!
