To each his own everyone raves about the price per performance out of them. They are sucky as hell IMO.
Fixed. 
My friend crashed his Prelude into a telephone pole in the rain taking a turn at 15 mph because the 711's decided to go skiing. I had 712's on my car when I bought it, and they were awesome in dry conditions but rain was beyond crap.
