Nice pickup, but get rid of that sticker/badge in the upper left hand corner, it will be a great mod to start off with

It was gone 5min after the picture was taken. I was a little pissed when I saw it but I have some stuff that made short work of the adhesive

Nice replacement. I don't love the front end of the new ones though. But overall a nice car.

My 'Tour is dead now as well. I just can't continue to deal with all the problems. I wish I could afford something like you got!

Good luck!

I love that your monster 3L looked VERY stock. Mine is a BIT more obvious. Nice pickup, but I guess I really haven't had any [censored] with mine. The broken trans was the only thing that was truely fords fault. And the [censored] RUST HOLE!

Aside from that the 2.5L's death was my own fault. Pwned by loctite.

Mine was rust as well but also dash warp that continued despite having the fix done, crappy front control arm bushing design that allowed the busings to slip (on 2 sets of control arms), HVAC blower motor issues, low qulaity factory paint, lousy front strut mount design, etc.

I loved the car to death and I miss it even more now that it is gone but I had to cut my losses while I could still get a decent amount of money back out of it.

Well after nearly a week of the new car I am starting to miss the SVT more and more. I don't miss the headaches but I miss the fun-to-drive factor of it and it's unique-ness. There is already one white 06 in the area where I work/live and I'm pretty much guaranteed to see an 04 or 05 every day or every other day. As a matter of fact there is a modded silver one at my office (as well as 350Z's, 911's etc)

Maybe a front lip spoiler similar to the 07 STI Limited would make me feel a bit better, possibly in carbon fiber

Just so understands why I let the SVT go, this is what I need to devote all my wrenching time to.
