I got a 1997 contour 4 cyl ahtomatic CD4E. When shifting from 1st to second the rpms sound like it goes up a little and it takes 3-4 seconds to finally shifting into gear and then immeditely it feels like its shifting into the next gear. There's no tach, so its hard to tell the what the actual rpms are. The fluid is full and red and was changed. I also replaced the MPLS sensor. I have no check engine light on or codes stored. The overdrive light is not flashing and I've got 169,000 miles on this tranny. Any suggestions before I drop it and rebiuld it.
