My point originally was that 'Vette's are not cheap like Mustangs, yes, the GT500 is expensive, but what I didn't get was when you said Chevy had to provide affordable hi-po cars, but the only thing I see right now in Chevy's lineup that's hi-po like the Mustangs, or the GT500 is the Corvette, which is NOT affordable, it's not even close! Especially when for 10K less than a Z06 'Vette I could get a Lotus Exige with an LSD which will run 4.5 0-60, stock with the 4 cylinder Toyota engine in it running 190bhp, increase that even a little bit and you've got one heck of a performer for a lot less, one that pulls 1G on the skidpad!
