(17*4)/.45=151.1 crank HP

Something isn't adding up. With drivetrain loss you'd be looking at 120WHP.

When did you switch to 42's?

I wonder if the 98+ Contour's can really bump the fuel pump voltage to avoid a lean situation. BUT... You'd be at WOT, open loop, so it wouldn't be reading your O2 sensors at that point.

I've read that the Focus has 19 lb injectors....why would the Focus have 19s and the Contour of the same year would have 17s......something doesn't add up.

My A/F couldn't have been bad or the engine would have been in pieces.

BTW I swapped in the 42#s, Mustang GT MAF, 2.6 pulley, and chip all at the same time.
