All this if i don't buy the Supra (debating on the Insurance factor right now) Oh, if u didn't know the only reason i'm considering getting rid of my beloved SVT is because of the lack of the mechanics knowledge. Everytime i've brought it in, i've had to bring it back in a matter of either hours or days because someone on their side failed to do their job right.

The dealership customer service is great, too bad their workmanship doesn't live up to my standard. Ford has already established that this is a problem and they are having several people over look the work this time. I'm glad they established that all these are workmanship problems on their side and none on my side. Stupid problems... read on. (sorry i didn't want to make a topic out of this.)

HISTORY
1. 3rd Gear Synch FIX
-day after - they didn't screw down some stuff correctly in the gear box and i ended up having to launch in 2nd and 3rd gears while in SF rush hour traffic. (one day after dealership)

2. Clutch/flywheel/master cylider gone (perhaps my fault)
-though i'm greatful everything was replaced under warranty it doesn't make up for the fact that they didn't fasten something correctly and my cars electrical system shut down completly in heavy traffic (only 2 hours after it left the dealership)

3. Slave cylinder and fluid leak (current problem)
- totally felt like my clutch disappeared while driving on Business 80. Mechanics failure again from number 2!

All three occurences happened in traffic in a time span from January-March, i'm lucky it wasn't bad traffic (well SF was pretty bad). I love my car so much but I might have to go with something more reliable like a Toyota/Lexus.
