TH says ...some of the IAC's with the cap...the cap is an atmosphere vent....with the TH fix you have increased the vac on the IAC and damaged the seal...hence leak to atmosphere....

Is that cap supposed to be 100% sealed then? I know that when I sprayed mine with carb cleaner, it leaked out of that cap.

ahhh, I did do the TH fix as well.. It sounds like this may be my issue.. I'll try a new IAC
2000 SVT Black/Tan #1633/2150 (a few mods)
Alpine: CDA-9835, MRV-F540, MRD-M550
PG: TANTRUM-X 6.5 COMP all around.
