Yo! I still haven't seen the pics of your SSBC kit.   Anyway, I stopped at a dealership the other day to look at a tow truck for the soon to be BMW race car. They had a 1997 Z71 on the lot that they are contemplating a straight up swap with me for my Cobra but I don't know much about the General and his pickups. Where could I get some good information on the 1500's and whether it would be a good tow vehicle? I'm looking at probably 2500-2600 lbs for the BMW and another 2200 for the trailer (enclosed Haulmark, etc). What are your thoughts?

Ugh, forget it. They wanted $4k on top of the Cobra for a trade.  I'm looking at a 2k F150 with a 7700lb tow package for $1400 + Cobra right now...
