What does a 3000sf house go for in that area, just curious to see it against the Vegas market.
That is a nice house. I bought mine 3 years ago, just before I adopted my first son. Since then we adopted his brother, and the Wife and I had a son last July.
Now my 2150sf 3 br, 2 1/2 bath is feeling pretty tight. I may buy something new or add-on about 900sf to the second floor.
It's Friday, so get working on making them kids
or least practice.
