OP APT_dup1 Hard-core CEG\'er A Joined: Dec 2000 Posts: 1,423 Commerce Twp, MI	Bought a new house 2 weeks ago and moved in last weekend. It is quite an upgrade from what we had before. Old house: 1334sf tri-level on postage stamp lot (60x120) New house: 3003sf colonial (plus 1650sf unfinished basement) on 1.3 acres The house is very nice, but the lot is what really sold us. Cul de sac, walkout basement, sloping back yard, room to build a shed/small garage. 3.5 car attached garage. The trees are starting to fill in to hide the road and houses in the back. It should be a great place to raise some kids. Lots of room to run around, play some sports, and entertain friend and family. Ignore the burned house next door. It's already being rebuilt.
