It is definately the chain. I can see why the guiders were completely gone!! chain was so lose it was hitting the valve covers, oil pumo on the front of the block and front engine cover. I was able to adjust the chain no probelm by loosening the cams BUT I set the timing on the wrong stroke so it is set on exhaust strake instead of compression.
I feel stupid for it and will be correcting it tommorow and let you guys knows how it went.
