I documented the process in a thread in pics and vids I beleive. Yup,
here it is its definately NOT as easy as "oh, whip it up with some plastic weld, sand then paint yippe!!"
Have to take your time to make sure body lines are right, and then the sanding is the most time consuming part, getting a nice even surface accross the bumper. If you dont get it right it will show big time in the reflection of the finished paint!
Back to the plastic weld thing, I recommend doing both plastic weld AND a two-part urethan adhesive (which is sandable) to aid in the adhesion (and in my case, strengthen the crappy plastic weld job I did).
