I haven't read anthing that looks like e-thugging. If he is lying call him out, plain and simple. Too many ceg refs, I have read way worse post's on here and this is mild.

If the seller is in fact lying, and from what if been reading it seems so, then the real shame is the poor guy that's bidding on the car under false pretenses.

If it was me who new this guy was lying and I had the proof I would contact the seller and tell him that he is wrong and infact commiting a crime by fraud. I would also contact the bidders and advise them of this, and even ebay, if the seller was unwilling to stop the auction and relist it with the truth or atleast update the auction with the truth.

If it was my old car and I new the seller was lying and trying to rip someone off, I too would call the scumbag out. To much of that crap goes on has it is ,plus from reading his responces, he seems to be shady and the poor guy who buys it and finds something out isn't going to be able to reason or get help from this guy and that just isn't right. I don't think it's e-thugging to call him out has long has it doen't get too crazy. I say make hime face the truth and look like the azz he is. my 2cents.
