well as long as nobody here bids on it we can probably get him to lower his price.
I offered him 1500 cash and he said no. Steve offered him 2000 cash and he said no. If less people seem interested someone can get it for cheap.

Sorry, I disagree with you guys saying he ruined it. I think it's a clean looking little car... not that it's worth what he's asking for the buy it now price. He's got his head up his wazoo if he thinks he'll get that for any modded Contour, let alone a non-SVT, non-V6 car.

should just have a bunch of people email him telling him that he doesn't know what he is talking about on the price of the car. He said over $3,000 for a stock I4 auto contour?!?!?! Is he nuts....I have seen SVT's going for that much now. That car with out all the goodies on it would only get like $1000-$1500. Add another $1500 for the mods and subtract $1000 for all the crap that he did to it and you get the price of it. $2000-$2500. This guy needs to get a clue.

Second of all I don't give a rats ass about knowing what I have as far as this
car goes, to me this car was a complete waste of money for whomever built it in
the first place. For alot less money I can put together a 5.0 mustang that will
run easy 11.00's in the 1/4.
Don't tell me about what I know or don't know - I've built alot of fast cars in
the last 25 or so years and my current Mustang just made 1192 HP at the tires
on a chassis dyno and runs 8.30's at 168 mph on drag radials - small block Ford
( YES A V-8 not a I-4 motorcycle engine), Procharger, FAST EFI, air/liquid
intercooler, etc., etc.,

If you are not interetsed in the car, YOU are the IDIOT, since you are the one
bothering me about it.
The bottom line is that we came into this car from someone that owed us some
money, couldn't pay up , and gave us the car instead. We were going to let our
son keep it since he's a foolish high school kid that thinks it's the coolest
thing, and all his friends do to, but we need the money so it's for sale. All
I'm trying to do is recoup some of the cash that we're out by selling the car.
I'm going to say this as nicely as possible......
if you are not interested in the car, shut you damn mouth and walk away!!!
