As others have said, you get rid of the gap when you go to burn the CDR. In Nero (I remember it being similar in Easy CD Creator), right-click on the song title in your compilation. That is, right-click on the song whose
beginning you don't want to have the gap; ie, if you've got Led Zeppelin's Heartbreaker and Living Loving Maid, right click on Living Loving Maid. Go down to Properties, and you'll see a field labeled Pause. Change this from 2 to 0.
