...is there a difference in the underside of this car for the '98 and the '98.5?
Because There is no angle what so ever to get at the bottom 13mm bolt.

You were more than enough help dude. I appreciate the effort you put in. I think you were doing more than me...If you ever want help with something, let me know.
I got the 2nd 13mm bolt out about 10 minutes ago, I used that really long bar, and a shallow 13mm socket on the tiny wrench. It gave it very easily. =P

How do you guys do this...
I'm ready to kill the car. The 10mm bolt, there is damn near nowhere to get it. And the only spot to even touch the 10mm, is still impossible to get a ratchet to work.
I give up.

No problem at all, it was fun, and definitely tell me when you wanna do the Intake Manifold rebuild, that's one thing that no stuck bolts will stop me from doing haha. I'm glad you got that bolt off, only that one left! How did the tensioner go? Get it off an replace that old cracked belt?

That's right, I got it. Although...that 10mm bolt on the back just wouldn't tighten all the way on. I'm going to take it to Jack Williams or something so they can tighten it on. I do need a battery though, that's for sure.
The idle is a tick mark below 1k, and the motor sounds like it drops in RPM's and goes right back up. The guage inside doesn't show that though. The Alt has a smaller pulley on it, not by much though.

Actually, the belt was out of sight, out of mind...so after it was all on, I went, "Oh [censored]...eh, to hell with it."

Nice! Good job man, it all just takes some time, $140, or a couple hours of your time, some frustration, and the satisfaction when you're done that you did it yourself? I choose the latter.
....Not to be the bearer of bad news, but you really should replace that belt, you already bought a new one, and that one looks about ready to snap while driving down the road, it's happened to me in the Tempo when I used to have it, it's not fun.

I knew you'd win! Yippee!
Replace that belt before it breaks. If you can do the alternator this should be a piece of cake for you.
Yep, get yourself a battery.

So uh...I got all the numbers checked out.
My Alternator and my battery are fine.
And for [censored] and giggles, I got the error codes read just to make sure it was the exhaust still. They never came up. My EGR however did. I fear despite my best efforts to be careful with the plastic lines, I may have slipped and hit it with the alternator install. I'll check that out tomorrow probably.
Other than that, it runs great. I <3 my car again.
