We can't get to the bolts on the Alt. I'm ready to start breaking things to get to it...

I'm looking to buy a like-new condition SVT grill, and a shift knob that works with the reverse lever PM me with the details.

I read the Hot-To, and there has to be something he doesn't explain.
After you remove the coil pack, and losen the harness...there is still absolutely no room for getting an actual ratchet or socketwrench in there.

No worries. It's all good. I was thinking that maybe that how-to had something in it that the other one didn't.

Dan and I only got one of the bolts off, then I called it quits for the day. I'm cold, exhausted, and aggitated by this.
Even the tie rod didn't want to come out when we started.
We tried to get that lower 2nd bolt out, but it just doesn't seem to want to do what I want it to. Tomorrow is another day...maybe I'll get it right then.

Yeah man, that sucks, sorry I couldn't help more, if only all those bolts weren't rusted in there and that we had more than a milimeter of space. If I could I'd come up with a breaker bar tomorrow, but I have to move my brother out of his apartment. Good luck with it man, loosen that bolt some more, and then it's air tool time!
