I saw yet another black E0 SVT with Michigan plates running around IUP's campus and was just wondering if it was anyone on here? It had tinted tail lights and the rear reflector and tinted windows, but other then that I don't know if it has any other mods.
That now brings the IUP CSVT total to 3 black E0's, 2 T-red E1's, and a silver frost E1. And they said these were rare cars.
