How do you take the scrubbers out of it? Maybe sound dumb, but isnt the top glued on?

if you glue it on, mine was tight enough that I didn't ... but if it is glued on you wouldn't take them out, you would just drain the oil

Instead of using 2 end caps, I used 1 end cap and for the bottom I put in a PVC drain cap. It makes the whole setup about $3 more, but I think it's worth it.

Do we use 3/8" or 1/2" barb fittings? You both said different ones

I used 3/8" x 1/4" nylon 90�º barb fittings. The 3/8 heat core hose fits perfectly over the PVC and intake manifold connections. If you use larger barb fittings you have to use larger hose which will then need to be reduced to connect.

When I put one of these on my lighting I'll probably use a larger barb fitting on 1 because it's a different size house going to the intake manifold.
