They look to be about the same as the ones I just got. You still have to dremel/file down the back side to actually make it fit in the 98+ fender hole.

Now you just have to go to the dealer and get bulb sockets. Those won't have any as they are replacements for cars originally equipped with sidemarkers.

They are in fact the correct ones, now i just need the bulbs / sockets like you said. I will post pics of the whole process step by sep once i get everything. I got the rectifying diodes at radioshack but i need to find somewhere with 30ohm 20watt resistors.

I should rewrite the how-to. 5 watt resistors are adequate (industry standard 194 bulbs are ~3.8 watts). the ones you want are weatherproof sand-encased wire-wound resistors. two of these in parallel would work great:
http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2062292
50-ohm in parallel = 25 ohms (1/Rf = 1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3...)
stack next to each other, wrap with a zip tie, twist the leads together, and proceed as normal. conveniently sold in a 2-pack too, one pack on each side and you're done.
