We usually go the second weekend in October; which is October 13-15. Cold nights and cool days with some falling leaves keep most bikes away. The leaves havn't started to change just yet; so the sight-see'ers aren't out yet, either. It's a really good time of year to go. From October's past:
2003 was foggy on the Cherahola. As the day went on, the weather got warmer and clearer.
Well kiss my grits, I don't have any new pictures!!  Anyway, it's just about like that every year. Kinda cold in the mornings, but nice in the afternoon. That keeps most weekend bikers away; just the locals come out.
