Can anyone tell the best way of going about pushing the dent back out of the hood? Anyone got a headlight and grill hanging around for that matter lol

you probably wont be able to get that dent out, it looks prety severe. Your paint will crack to hell when you try and bend it back.

Need to remove hood, then knock in back to as flat as possible. Then bondo and repaint. Someone posted some body work tools some time ago. But you can go "ghetto" sytle by putting a block of wood under and using a hammer on a block of wood on top.

Normally w/ a hood, it's best to replace. Any reputable shop will not repair a hood that's that badly damaged. It would be difficult to get things lined back up right. So to try this yourself wouldn't yield very good results...
