JamesI think it is a great idea, and there are several more Nor Cal drives out there: Hwy 1 N to Eureka, Or Hwy 1 N to Russian River, in land to 101 and south to wine country, (prefect time to stop overnight) .... Mt. Lassen ... Shasta Area.. Clear Lake ... tons of places... problem is spring/summer is tough for a few of us to find a free weekend .. but that is no reason for the rest of you to not go for it... take it from an old man .. go have a good time... jj
