my father works for SBC. he told me about this scam quite some time ago. its getting more common and can be a real pain to undue. the phone company does pretty much nothing to help the customer out on this one. and it seems the other companies are in cahoots with each other. make sure you stay on top of it and report it. $20 a minute? if that doesnt sound like that company's in on it then i dont know what does.
