Re-use the case you've got, buy a Socket 754 Mobo for $90 and a Sempron 64 2800+ for $70, and you don't end up spending more than a few dollars more.
If you go 939, then you're looking at about $80-100 more if you re-use the case you've got.
The only thing to be worried about with re-using the case is the power supply. And frankly, even on that new case you were looking at, I wouldn't consider it's 300W power supply sufficient with a decent video card sucking power. You'd want 350-400, which I doubt the case you have now has. You could probably eek by with the 300 though.
