The local dealers are pretty expensive!

Do you have an APO/FPO address? If so, then Bill J can get you Ford parts at a discount...

If you can't find them on Team Ford Parts, then just PM him, and he'll find it for you.

Bombig was looking for the timing chain guides for his Mondeo engine he was rebuilding. He didn't want to shell out the ~600ΓΆβ??Β¬ the German Ford dealers wanted for the complete set since the chain was still good.

So Bombig sends me a picture of what he is talking about, I forward it on to Bill, and a little while later, parts shipped from USA to Germany.

Yeah, MEG is a bit confuzing due to the huge number of people on there, but if you search for a while, you should find what you're looking for.

I compared pictures of the lower control arms on Contours and Mondeos before purchasing an ST200 4-bolt control arm for my SVT. Exactly the same part number as the one I took off, just a uhh... ahem... quite a bit more expensive!

So for now, I am under the impression that the suspension is interchangeable.

But if your struts are shot, why not get a set of Konis or something? I'm sure some company that sells them will ship APO/FPO (if you have it...), I mean, I got the W-R headers shipped here!
