I Drove from the Washington to Central Califronia and my 99SE was getting 30+ MPG. I haven't seen that good of mileage since 01. Think it has a lot to do with the top end rebuild. Before the rebuild I was usually getting 20mpg on the Highway.

NICE ! Especially with gas prices where they are. I need to/ want to do the rebuild this year. I did some other maintenance last spring that made a noticable mpg difference, like new plugs and wires, fuel filter, etc.

Dang. When I redid my UIM/LIM, I was happy about 25mpg. If I got 30, I would buy a matching SVT for the wife!

50% increase in fuel mileage. Fantastic!!

i had an increase after cleaing the intakes. got 300 out of 12 gallons around town. right around 25. increase from 250 around town or like 21. and that was with getting on the throttle alot  god that exhaust was awesome. i miss that girl!!
