i have had 2 tint tickets in iowa and they dont care if you leave it on. i even had to go to court for a different ticket and the judge brought it up and i openly told him i hadnt removed it and he dismissed it completely but since its a non moving violation they can write you out as many tickets as they want for it until you remove it and registering in a different state wont help either as long as you are in a state that has a law against it, it is illegal i know ive been in the situation.
