I've had tint on all my cars and have never received a ticket in 10+ years. I have always had the lightest on the fronts. I've been talked to about it twice but just a warning. The first time (red Mustang) in college the cop said he was going to drive by my house to see that I had removed it. LMAO! I was pulled over by a Stater 90 miles from home.
The 2nd time (Black Tour) the cop said my car was too nice. Didn't want to give me a ticket. Kid you not.
