It was a state boy, he tried to bust me for my exhaust being too loud as well I was likeeeeeeeee, ummmmmm, its a stock exhaust with after market mufflers and a resonator!!!! I left out the headers but still, he just saw the rice cannons and assumed it would be loud.

Mx, how much were your tickets? Can you pay a fixit ticket?

i'm 99.9999999% sure you can just pay the ticket and keep your tint on. but you will get more tickets, fwiw. i gave up after the fourth time i got pulled over. and i had a friggin prescription for my tint!

Well, if the tickets are somewhere in the hundred dollar range. Then I think I'll just have the tint pulled off, and put back on darker... wo0t

Buddy got one this week. His optomitrist wouldn't give him a note but said to go to his family dr. Dr. left a note for him at the front desk. Just needs to take it to the court house and keep the tint. Just tell your dr. you stare at a computer screen 9 hrs a day and do a lot of driving to and from work and the sun hurts your eyes.

Hot Damn!!! It just so happens that I'll be going to the family Dr today (sinus infection), i'll try to work my magic. I mean I do stare at a computer screen for 9 hours a day, and I do have about 65 mile round trip for work every day. Either way, I need to get the tint removed today because I'm running out of time really quick.

good luck with that.

i had an actual prescription for tinted windows from an opthamologist. i still got tickets. according to the police that pulled me over, you have to have the prescription put on your drivers license (much like corrective eyewear). whats the downside? if you get pulled over while driving a car without tint, you will also get a ticket for driving without tint.

i gave up. i seriously do have light sensitive eyes, and it still wasn't worth the headache!
