Just reread your original post. No cranking/turning over would indicate a no power (completely dead battery) or starter. I am still wondering if the remote keyless entry remote could be the cause (maybe it is also hooked up to disable the starter). I doubt the cam or crankshaft is the problem as it doesn't even crank/turn over. I don't have info on how to disable the remote keyless entry. The "brain" is usually under the dash by the steering column if it is aftermarket. And you should hear a "click" or "whirr" when you press the remote to lock or unlock.
