Well good luck with that! Dallas is a great city, tons of things to do! I'd love to live there, except for the traffic. Little temper problem when it comes to embiciles!  Keep us posted, and I'm sure we can scare up a mini-meet of some sort to welcome you to the area!
I have been to Dallas before.
I hated it.
I love the Clubhouse though.
