ahaha...i dont know the last she was in the motherland but things have significantly changed. germany is full of slackers now. gen X? Y? many of today's mtv youth over there arent going to school or learning trades. just working menial jobs like so many do over here. i even read an article in the business section of the la times that german companies are having to outsource (from other countries) for engineers due to the serious shortage of qualified germans. and there isnt room for slackers in germany?? didnt you read my mention of east germany. that's an entire friggin country! imagine our population nearly doubling over night while using the same budget. it sounds like this lady has much pride in her homeland, as does any immigrant, but things are definitely all peachy over in Deutscheland(sp?). and yes, a lot of it is due to immigration but that's their own damn fault. same with the reunification.
