And I'm the educated one with the sarcastic smiley face??? When you cross over the border without having the propper documents in place you are guilty of a crime, that makes you a criminal. I thought we knew this since like the 1st grade? Thats about all the proof that is needed in my eyes and the eyes of the law.

I don't call their intentions bad, not one place can you quote me where I said they were comming here to be a leech on the U.S. Hell, I sell cell phones to people all the time I am 99.9% sure are illegals, so I make a living off their working too. They happen to have all the right papers I need so I can't tell them no.

I have no problem with people wanting to come to this country to make a living. I have a problem with the fact that they ignore our immigration process completly and come here and work under the table or with someone else's SS# etc. Hell, if you think about it most of them are guilty of more than 1 crime. Seems like they are criminals to me
