Looks like it fits inline with the heater hose, but cutting the hose is necessary. Is this worth it, or should I just use the 2 step process in the FAQ?

There is a hose near the thermostat (between the water pump and battery) which fits the Prestone T-connector. It has two clamps with a connector. Someone previously posted that he used that to put the Prestone T-connector. No cutting required. I have the Prestone kit but have not installed it yet. I will probably use that hose when I install it so that I don't have to cut it.

Caveat. It was also mentioned that with this method, it doesn't do a full flush.

i never knew of it. i flushed my cooling system out with the machine we have at work. its pretty good. it coonects between the therm. and radiator. so once the thermostat opens up new fluid goes in through the other side. i had to do it on one of the bottom hoses on the passenger side of the car. i didnt want to take the battery out so i did it there. i did a regular drain and fill before that but that only gets the stuff in the radiator. also suppose to have the heater on so it can flush the heating system also.
