Look you do this once, the running, the push ups, the jumping jacks, and the harrasment from friends hopefuly that know their way around guns and ranges. Its done to simulate a high stress environment. Do what you will, its a learning and training drill that just might save your life.




unless you do it with any sort of frequency, it's not going to do any good.

and i think his comment was geared towards the lack of hearing protection. which is not a good idea. any hearing issues from discharging a firearm in a self defense scenario will be overcome by the adrenaline dump.
